I had a guest have a accident. Its was minor but the bumper and fender had some damage. It still drives great and will go all over the US. I ordered parts and will be fixed within month. See pics. Great on Gas, econ mode, sport mode, stylish, clean, tinted windows. Charcoal gray. Ac blows cold. Fun to drive! Media and bluetooth. Easy to add new device. Premium Package, backup camera. Roomy for all. Cupholders. Big trunk. Premium wheels. Fun for in town and mountains. Drive all fay with the gas savings!

His car has front end damage that he did not show in photos, until the reservation was already booked. Also he duck taped the front bumper! This is the 2nd car I have tried to rent with him, and the first had throw up all over, that he tried to half clean, and lied and said it was melted ice cream. I had to clean myself to get the sour smell out the car..I tried to give a 2nd chance, and this happened!

Communications was good and the car served my needs for this trip. There was some damage to the front of the car that wasn’t clear in the listing. It wasn’t an issue for me, but might be an issue for others.

Jay was a very communicative host, but the car delivered was a bit of a disappointment. I wasnt expecting it to be brand new but I first received the space key without the remote for lock/unlock, and about 30 minutes into my trip I discovered the cupholders in the center console were deformed and not useable. The car had unlimited miles and pick up/drop off was easy but I wouldnt rent this Civic in specific again without knowing simple features were available.
