Please no Smoking in car. $250 fine. Also try to keep car as clean as you received it. We vacuum and wash cars but will charge $150 cleaning fee for excessive cleaning.

Using TURO and working with Jay went really well! I would highly recommend TURO and Jay as an owner. Jay was great at communicating and working with us when the car was broken into/ back passenger window smashed while we were on a hike. He made the claim and theft process very easy to work through. The car was very basic, no cruise control, no arm rests, no way to pop the trunk, crank windows, slow charger etc. There was also no window washer fluid and the buttons on the key fob to lock the car did not work (battery in key might have been dead?) so we had to manually lock and unlock. Overall a great trip and easy to use/ pick up!

Good car! Great on gas. Jay responds quick, and is very flexible. Easy to get the car from the airport. If retrieving from the airport economy parking lot, it’s easiest to call the shuttle to get picked up and dropped off at the location of the vehicle (if not in garage). Only thing, key fob was dead and no windshield wiper fluid, but it worked out.
