This was my first time using Turo AND driving an electric car, but Princess was really patient and courteous in walking through the process with me. She spent extra time with me to walk me through the process of driving a Tesla despite having to meet me at the very busy Atlanta airport on the day before Thanksgiving. This made me feel at ease driving an electric car for the first time. She was very responsive on all of my communication before and during the rental. Most importantly, she was extremely approachable and just a nice person in general, which made me feel at ease contacting her during the rental if I had any questions. I was running late for my flight leaving from the Atlanta airport and she worked with me to expedite the checkout process so that I would not be late for my flight. I would definitely rent from her again if I need a car in Atlanta.

It’s a good car real nice. Very quick. A big disclaimer that I didn’t know about. I drove from ATL to Knoxville which is normally a 3 hour drive it took me an extra hour and half to stop and charge 3 times. Once before I left which took about 45 min and then 2 more times along the way 15 min and 20 min. And about the same thing on the way back. I didn’t do my research when I got the car. It’s not for long trips you have to stop constantly. Sure the money I would’ve spent on gas would’ve been more if I got a normal car but the time I had to wait to stop and charge was not worth it for me. I’m still giving the car 5 stars because it’s not the cars fault that I didn’t do my research. But yeah Tesla is not for me. The experience I had with it was 1 star and the car is 5.

Princess Jack of all trades was amazing. She was very very responsive and walked me through how to work the Tesla. I would use her again!
