Smooth running, Black 2017 Nissan Versa. This car has USB and audio input with keyless entry . It has great trunk space and is a nice size sedan with up to 5 seats. Great car with great gas mileage, and a good car to get around the city in. Reliable, comfortable, and definitely dependable. Please message me with any questions or concerns. it is so important for us to get a 5 star rating from you if there is any reason why you wouldn't want to please contact us first to allow us to make it right! *****IMPORTANT NOTES***** If you are traveling into the airport please ensure you pick Airport Location. There is an additional small fee that covers the airport valet parking and airport baggage claim transportation. Please upload a photo of your license on its own as well as a CLEAR selfie holding up your license - this is a TURO requirement. Instructions will be sent the evening before your rental begins, typically 8-11pm. Please let me know if any questions in advance. No smoking or pets allowed, must return the car in the same condition as provided. Willing to try and accommodate with any concerns or special requests. Please respect the vehicle and be responsible. If the car has any issues or is dirty, please let me know and I will address it. Sometimes it has back to back rentals and while I try to make sure it is always clean, other renters may not be as respectful of the vehicle. The car does have an insurance and emergency roadside assistance plug into the ODB2. Please keep that plugged in, otherwise there is a $15/day fee. 24 hours before TRIP START: Please upload the following to TRIP PHOTOS (under TRIP DETAILS) - (1) your driver’s license and (2) your license and face in a selfie. This is a Turo requirement. (3) A photo of your insurance card (if you have personal insurance) otherwise let us know if you picked one of Turo’s insurance policies. WHEN STARTING TRIP: Send a text to 404-855-1106 when on the way to pick up the car. List your name and the vehicle color/make/model. 3950 Conley Street Atlanta GA 30337 Pickup 1) Look for frequent parking card bar code and parking spot picture in TRIP PHOTOS 15-30 min before rental begins. 2) Go directly to Park N Fly at 3950 Conley Street Atlanta GA 30337. If getting dropped off, check in at the office and tell them you are a Turo renter with Jon. If you have a ride in, the ride can enter for up to 9 minutes free to drop you off. 3) Either walk up the stairs to the upper lot left of the office or drive straight past the car wash and turn left to go to row 7 and 8. The car will be parked near the row 7 and 8 sign around spot 7-20, closer to the exit which is near the stairs. 4) The keys will be in a lock box on the window. Use the given code to open it. Note if you have not uploaded photos asked above you will not receive code until that is done. 5) Take the lock box and keep it in the car (glove box) and drive to the exit. Show the cashier the parking ticket and pay by scanning the frequent parking card. Take the receipt to scan upon exiting and you may begin your rental. Throw out old valet tickets once you leave. 6) If you see any damage please take a picture and upload to trip photos and notify us. If the odometer picture is not uploaded, please add it so we can make sure you aren’t charged for gas or excess mileage. Park and Fly Airport Pickup 1) When you land please call (404) 763-3185 and press 0 and ask for a shuttle to baggage claim. If you would like to drive directly to the Park and Fly lot you can at 3950 Conley St, Atlanta, GA 30337. 2) Go to NORTH Terminal baggage claim and follow the sign with an arrow down that says “LN1”. Follow the walkway outside and left to the courtesy shuttles. Look for the park and fly shuttle. If you have issues call (404) 763-3185 and press 0. 3) Tell the shuttle driver you are a parked at the end of row 7/8. The parking spot number should be in trip photos and if not it is near spot 7-20. Drive to the exit and scan the parking ticket. Pay with the frequent parking card in trip photos. Dispose of old tickets once you leave the property. 4) If you see any damage please take a picture and upload to trip photos and notify us. If the full odometer car mileage picture isn’t uploaded, please also upload that so we can make sure you aren’t charged for gas or excess mileage. Park near the row 7/8 sign by spot 7-20, leave the parking ticket in the car and take a picture of the parking spot number. 5) upload to turo photos the parking ticket, odometer, all 4 sides of the vehicle and the interior - ODOMETER PHOTO MUST SHOW THE TOTAL CAR MILEAGE and gas gauge. 6) Leave the keys in the lock box, enter the same code you used to open it to close it. You MUST ensure it locks and is rolled up onto the driver window. When locking use the middle bottom reset button to clear the code, and re-enter before shutting 7) Check out on the app and please leave us 5 stars or contact me to address issues BEFORE you leave something other than 5 stars.

Guidelines

No Smoking Policy It is important for us to provide each client a comfortable environment, therefore smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles. Should this policy be violated a penalty of a minimum of $150 will be imposed. Pets are not an issue however if you do make sure that you clean the car thoroughly prior to return. If cars have pet hair we will bill up to $75 to have the vehicle cleaned for the next renter. Fuel Policy You will receive your rental vehicle with a full tank of gas, we ask for the courtesy of other renters that you return the vehicle with a full tank of gas. If we have to refuel the vehicle on your behalf there is an additional convenience fee of $10 charged. Please refer to your welcome on what octane gas should be used. If this is violated a penalty of $100 will be imposed Tickets, Parking Violations, and Other Fees Renters are responsible for any parking, speeding, certain toll bridges tickets, or any other violations issued during their rental period. The renter is also responsible for any fees, penalties, towing charges, impound costs and any other monies that are associated with the vehicle during the rental.

  • Will I ever speak to someone other than Jon?

    The account is managed by two friends - Jon & Ben. We are working on growing a fleet of cars and setting this up as a way to offer you guys great cars with great service at a very fair price. You may be in contact with Ben or Jon (or both!) and if you ever need anything, never hesitate to text or call!

  • What happens if the car needs emergency roadside assistance or I get into an accident?

    In the glove box you should see a Turo insurance form for accidents as well as an Emergency Roadside Number we have included (flat tire, dead battery, lockout, out of gas). Call Bouncie Roadside Assistance at 877-874-3944 (free for you) and they will help (you will tell them the VIN number on the windshield, the Agreement number 9547894815, and your location). If there is a bigger issue that isn’t a flat/battery/gas/lockout, call Turo Insurance at 1-415-965-4525. Please let me know if you do have issues so I can make sure to follow-up! I have also uploaded these forms to the vehicle photos for reference in case they are not in the car. **IF ANOTHER DRIVER HITS YOU** Get their name, phone number, picture of their license, picture of their insurance and police report (if applicable). Send a message with that information as well as the time and place of the incident and what happened. I will work with them and their insurance. Also let me know if the car is drivable.

This was my first time renting with Turo and the process was so easy. Jon's instructions were clear to follow and he is a professional communicator. When I come to ATL again I will definitely have to rent with him.

Honestly this car was the worse car I've ever driven... I was definitely in for a surprise when I went to pick up the car. What you see online isn't what the car looks like. Missing hub cap on the front passenger side. Car was filthy, I even paid for a post cleaning service, and I did not receive it! Why? Because the customer before me gave the car back a day late so Jon said he ran out of time to wash it, but I could go to the car wash myself and I'll be reimbursed. Car definitely had an odor to it. Stains on the ceiling of the car, stains on the seat when you remove the seat covers, crumbs were left in the car as well. This car should be removed from turo, especially when the owner responds with "well this isn't Hertz or Enterprise what do you expect" Do NOT rent this car you will be disappointed

the car was great itself and i enjoyed keeping it around, even paid for an extra day, but this owner is accusing me of having smoke in his car. i dont smoke ( i cant even be around the smell) so it may have been the person who took my key but i dont like being accused of things i didnt do.
