-If it is believed the driver of the vehicle, renter, and/or passengers of the vehicle has COVID-19 or any other communicable disease during or immediately prior to rental of the vehicle, they shall make the owner aware immediately via Turo inbox. Refunds and partial reimbursement decisions will be made on a case by case scenario.
