We expect guests to return no later than 30 minutes after scheduled trip to avoid inconveniencing & charges for additional usage. If there’s any chance of a late return, you must request an extension as soon as possible. You’re expected to check in the vehicle w/the fuel replaced. Please refer to Extras for Prepaid refuel prior to booking your trip. If you do not replace the fuel, a reimbursement will be requested. Guests are expected to return the vehicle in a decent manner. Guests are not permitted to smoke in any vehicle in the Turo marketplace. If guests return the car unreasonably dirty or are found to have smoked in the car, you may be subject to fees. Guests are responsible for all parking tickets, towing costs, and moving violation tickets during trip. If you fail to pay a toll properly, you’re responsible for the toll fee.

I picked the car up on E and it also had problem with the brakes. Although she was very polite and communication was on point, I felt this experience was unprofessional and maybe one of the worst experiences I’ve had with renting cars on this app as well.

The car returned from a trip needing maintenance. Car had been booked prior to returning. For my guest safety I canceled the upcoming trip.
