NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IN THE VEHICLE PLEASE. If we detect any smoke smell or smoke residue you will be charged a $250 smoke fee. No pets allowed! Please notify us if you will be traveling out of state. You will receive the car on a full tank of gas, please return it on a full tank of gas. You do have the option to pre-pay for refuel to your booking which is convenient, especially when in a rush. You will receive the car clean please return the car clean without smelling like any air freshener or sprays. You do have the option of pre-paying for return cleaning at an additional cost. If the car is NOT bought back clean you will be charged a $100 cleaning fee. We understand things happen and timing, so you can add these features later on DURING your trip any time BEFORE and at least 2 hours before drop off time. YOU are responsible for any tickets, boots, tows, or driving fines of any kind. We want you to enjoy the ride be safe and treat the car as your own. Car takes PREMIUM GAS ONLY! **You have to show a receipt of gas before drop off** You will get the car on a FULL tank of gas and completely clean, please return the car on a FULL TANK OF GAS AND COMPLETELY CLEAN. (Vacuumed is a must) We do offer prepaid fueling and cleaning that can be added before or at any time during your booking LOST KEY FEE: $500 If dropping off your car at the Airport please leave your parking ticket on the Dashboard.

What happens if i damage the car
Please contact your Host directly at 860.983.5428 or 404.337.4422 Turo charges a Minimum of $500 for All Damage claims regarless of the price of the damage. We would rather workout all damages outside of Turo especially if the matter can be resolved faster and cheaper.
What happens if i don't have time to Refuel the car
Based upon how much gas needs to be put in the car the guest will be charged the amount to fill it plus a $10 convenience fee
What happens if i forget to leave the parking ticket on the Dashboard when parking at the Airport.
The guest will be charged a $36 dollar fee
What happens if i get pulled over by the police.
Dont panic. There is valid registration and Turo insurance in the glove compartment.

Janay and her husband were amazing hosts! They made the pick up incredibly simple. I was provided with very detailed information for how to get to the car starting from the moment I got off my plane! The drop off of the vehicle was just as simple and easy! Their BMW was simply a pleasure to drive! Smooth, fast and great on gas! Thank you for allowing me the pleasure of renting your vehicle!
