Can I smoke in the car?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! If there is any indication of cigarette or marijuana smoke/ashes in the vehicle, you will be charged a $150 cleaning fee via Turo as per Turo policies. https://help.turo.com/en_us/reporting-a-smoking-issue-H1B_r4gE9
Does the tank have to be full before being returned?
The vehicle will be rented with a full tank of gas (PREMIUM 93) and is expected to be returned with the same amount or you will subject to refueling charges.
Do you offer E-ZPass?
Yes, we have an EZ pass tag installed inside the car. You are able to go through tolls without having to stress and worry about paying the toll on the spot. At the end of your trip you will be billed for any tickets, tolls, or parking violations incurred during your trip via Turo.
What type of gas does the car takes?
The car takes PREMIUM GAS (93)
Is this contactless pickup and drop off ?
Yes, pickup and drop off is contactless. The vehicle key will be in a lockbox and you will be given the access code 45 minutes prior to your trip start time. If you have any question’s you can always contact us directly at 929-756-7337. We are happy to assist you !
