First of all this is my very first time using Turo and I highly recommend it based on my experience. I am sure "mileage may vary", depending on what and from who you rent from. Sharon was the best of the best I am sure! I am seriously considering buying a new Tesla Model Y Performance model. Same platform as Sharon's Model 3, just in a Crossover Body. Driving this AMAZING car made that job as easy as saying "Yes I Will". Words cannot adequately express how driving this car is so much more everything than almost any other vehicle, at any other price point. Amazing is the best word for it, but ONLY by the experience can you adequately understand the multi faceted wonder that Tesla has achieved. If you have never driven a Tesla, I highly recommend that you spend an hour or so on YouTube to familiarize yourself with all its features and operating systems. It will make you ability to easily navigate it's "Touch Screen Everything" experience and make your drive more enjoyable. I hope this helps someone decide to rent Sharon's Tesla. Quan came through with the clutch! I had a trip planned for my wife and my car decided to take a crap on me the day before! On my flight from New York that night I booked the car pretty late for a early delivery in the morning. Well as promised the car was sitting in front of my house, on time and looked immaculate! The experience was pretty much seamless, we were a bit late for the collection but Vicki was happy to assist us with a later collection. The car was absolutely amazing, it was my first time driving an electric and I can say with certainty there is nothing like this... I will definitely be getting this one again. What a lovely trip. First, let me just say that THIS CAR IS AMAZING! I rented a Standard Model 3 a while ago and wanted to give this upgraded version a try, and WOW, what a difference! Sharon was also great to work with -- very helpful and communicative! I recommend her and her Model 3 to other Turo customers!

Honestly one of the best interactions I’ve had in the “gig economy” to date. When returning from my trip, Karina let me know that one of the tires on my personal vehicle looked flat. When I arrived to find the flat tire, Karina helped facilitate a tire change and was incredibly flexible regarding the timeframe for the return of her vehicle. Fantastic experience.
