Description

First off the car is an amazing vehicle with all these bells and whistles added to this beautiful vehicle. For starters, this car has a beautiful look to it and is smoke-free. You can enjoy the sunroof being open on a nice day. This vehicle rides smoothly and handles pretty well as well. I can talk about this car for hours. You won’t be disappointed. In addition, it is AWD which will be great for the winter months out here!!! Please keep the vehicle clean! No smoking in the car. Smoking will subject you to a $250 cleaning fee. Please return the car with a full gas tank. You will be billed for gas + a $10 convenience fee. IPass is included for tolls and you will be billed for any tolls incurred during your rental separately.

Guidelines

NOTE: * Smoking/Vaping/Food/Drinks and pets are NOT allowed inside the car. A $150 cleaning fee will be applied to your Turo reservation if there is any smoke smell, evidence of pets, or other foul smell detected upon return. * Please use ONLY Touch-less and or Hand Wash to clean the exterior. * No towing *Please be careful with the rims on the tires. If they are dented up or scratched up, you will receive an additional fee of $75 per tire. *Please return the vehicle washed and cleaned *Please return the vehicle on a full gas tank unless you included an extra when booked I take great pride in keeping my car cleaned and SANITIZED. To prevent the spread of germs I have the car professionally cleaned thoroughly with anti-bacterial before and after each trip. -Free delivery within 20 miles of the pickup location for trips 5 days or longer! -PLEASE DISCLOSE IF YOU PLAN ON TRAVELING OUTSIDE THE STATE OF ILLINOIS 250 Miles are included per day. Mileage over the reservation limit will be charged extra. At the end of your reservation, this will appear as double mileage charges. If you have any questions before, during, or after your trip, feel free to contact me via Turo. I will be more than happy to address any questions/concerns/requests pertaining to the car or the booking process.

  • What do I do if I get a ticket or toll road ticket?

    * You’re responsible for paying any bridge/road tolls. * The car has access to toll roads and will charge to my account via the license plate, which will then result in a reimbursement request from me. * All other Tolls and Parking/Traffic Tickets must be paid by the Renter directly to the corresponding agency BEFORE we receive a notice in the mail in order to avoid a convenience fee of $20. * As long as the ticket is not a moving violation or photo ticket, and you Notify Turo/Host and pay them off, Turo won’t charge you any extra fees.

  • What do I do if I get into an accident?

    * Please report all accidents to Turo as soon as possible. Always obtain the following information of each driver, passenger, and witness: - Name - Address - Phone number - Name of the insurance company and policy number from all vehicles involved - If possible please take pictures and/or video - Call Turo at 1-415-965-4525 for 24/7 customer support

  • Can someone else drive the car?

    If you want someone to help you with the driving, you’ll need to add them as an additional driver. Secondary drivers must: * Have an account and be approved to drive on Turo * Access the vehicle only with the primary driver present * Drive only with the primary driver present * Never have access to the primary driver's account information * If you give your phone, account information, or other access to the secondary driver to allow them to drive the car without you, we’ll hold you responsible for any damages and may remove you from Turo! Can I extend my trip? * If you need more time for your trip, please notify the host at least 6 hours in advance and request an extension. In the app, tap “Change Trip” to submit your request. If the host denies your request, you must return the car at the original time.
