I hate to give someone a bad review, especially since the owner was nice, had great communication and made the pick up and drop very convenient. But the quality of the car was poor. I expected a 2020 Camry to drive super nice, and it was the opposite. The car was loud, shook over 40MPH and made our drive around town and to and from Santa Fe very uncomfortable. I reached out to the owner right away and was told it needed different tires and he was sorry it was shaking the way it was. But he did not offer any reimbursement of any kind which seems like what should have happened. Definitely disappointed the car was not what we expected and that I was not offered anything for the inconvenience of the cars quality.

Hey Tara we’re so sorry to hear you had a rough ride and it was uncomfortable. The person before you did pop a tire and had replaced it with an off brand.
Due to your rental being right after theirs we were unable to get the same tire as the others.
But we do appreciate the feedback and are making sure all of our tires are the same.
