Please be sure to read all of the guest instructions for pick up location and other important information. Rentals are located directly south of the Rio Grande High School track field next to the cell tower, this is a free pickup and drop off location. We deliver to local hotels as well as the airport and train station for a delivery fee. Choosing a hotel nearby the airport and grabbing a shuttle (check that the hotel offers shuttles at time of arrival and departure) is a bit less expensive as you do not pay the additional airport fee Turo adds. Compact 2014 hatchback gas saver is simple to drive and will get you from here to there with its good fuel economy. It is not in brand new condition and it shows, so this economical basic 4 door hatchback is best for around town driving. Please note that our rentals have GPS Trackers and Air Tags in them just in case they get lost or if you don't have time to drop off we can easily locate where to pick up with your notification and selection of one-way trip fee added at check out. 4 Passengers (3-4 small suitcases/bags) 3 Passengers (1 large w/ half back seat fold down and 2 small bags) 2 Passengers (2 large suitcases with back seats fold down) Automatic Transmission Air Conditioning Up to 37 city / 44 highway mpg ABS Please no pets, no smoking, and no air fresheners/deodorizers in the vehicle; avoid a $150 cleaning violation.

Guidelines
RETURN CONDITION: please remember to return the rental in a condition that reflects the results that comes from normal use, weather conditions, and trip location. Any irresponsible or abusive behavior will result in a cleaning violation fee of $150. No smoking of any kind in the vehicle; TURO will charge a smoking violation fee of $250 plus an additional 3% process fee and remove you from Turo. Please refrain from using any air fresheners/deodorizers in the vehicle or you will be charged a $150 cleaning violation fee. Our rentals have trackers in them to locate them in case they are lost and to assist us with locating when a Guest adds a one-way service fee to their trip. If the trackers and/or holding compartment are intentionally destroyed, Guests will be charged $150 for replacement. Our rentals are not to be taken out of the country; Guests are responsible for any and all tolls and/or tickets. This is a contactless rental, please be sure to upload a photo of your drivers license and a photo of your license next to your face before picking up the rental.

Overall, we had a great trip with this little car! It got great gas mileage and is more roomy than you might think. When we packed four people inside it struggled with hills a little bit but was great for city driving and parking. Melissa was great to coordinate with and was very responsive. She left very clear instructions for our airport pick-up and drop-off, and we were very happy to have that option because we arrived after most of the car rental agencies had closed. The only issue was that she told us the wrong space to pick up the car in the airport parking garage, which meant we had to spend 15 minutes looking for the car (which was fortunately unique and bright green!) before we got on our way.

It's a little green machine, and it does the job. It doesn't have a lot of horsepower, expect to stop often to fill the tank. Overall a good runner, easy pick up and drop off, reasonable for what it is. Melissa was helpful and quick to respond to messages.

Host and pickup location was great! AAMAZING on gas mileage. The only issue was when the car would get to around 50-60 mph the tires/wheels would make a high tonal sound that was quite annoying. My mom had to wear earplugs (she has sensitive hearing) because it bothered her. I was able to put up with it but it wasn’t ideal. Otherwise the car was great.
