The car ran great and I really appreciated the phone mount--I've never rented a car from Turo that had one and it's such a huge help. There were a few signs of wear and tear which is to be expected in a higher mileage vehicle; I just made sure to take good pictures of pre-existing damage at check-in. The pick-up spot was convenient although I'm not sure I would've felt safe if I'd had to pick the car up at night. Also, the address on the app was not the same as the actual pick up spot, which meant a little running around until we found the car. To be fair, the owner messaged me the exact location of the car; I just used the address on the app thinking it would coincide with what the owner had told me and it didn't. Great gas mileage, and since I drive a 2016 Honda (different model) it was easy to adjust to the Civic.
