A very practical family hauler 😁 We used the Hyundai to help with moving my extended family (and all of their luggage) to an Airbnb out in East Sussex. I honestly found it very easy to drive, great visibility, decent acceleration even when fully loaded and reasonably comfortable for shorter journeys. The sliding doors are excellent for quick pick ups and drop offs at various places we visited. The storage space was ample for the 21+ separate bags we had, which included large and medium sized suitcases.
Pick up and drop off was nice and straightforward at Gatwick airport short stay car park and the host was able to give us all the info we needed.

That was amazing trip with that car and i highly recommend

Customer service was 5 stars, excellent. The only reason for 4 stars is the fact that the fuel level was only half full, along with a low tire pressure light being on, and a head light out, upon pick up.
That being said, if we ever get the opportunity, we would definitely rent from Akeel again.

This trip was cancelled due to car requiring a garage visit. Customer was offered an alternative car which was higher spec and usually more expensive, for the same price as the car he had originally booked. We have one of the largest fleets on Turo - we will always take care of you / provide an alternative vehicle in the case of any issue!
