  Unfortunately, strictly no smoking as my pregnant wife and I use the car frequently.

• How do I access the car without a key?

  I'll provide you the phone key to access the car. Once your booking is confirmed, your phone becomes the key! I'll text you the details and the key will be valid for the duration of your trip!

• What entertainment features are available in the car?

  The car comes with Tesla’s premium connectivity, giving you access to Netflix, Spotify, YouTube, and Caroke. Perfect for keeping passengers glued to the huge screen during the trip or while charging.

• What is the policy for returning the car?

  Please return the car with at least the same amount of charge I gave it to you with. Unless you've bought the hassle-free prepaid charging extra of course :) Please ensure that the car is reasonably clean and free of personal belongings. If you need to extend your trip or change the return time, please communicate as soon as possible so I can accommodate it wherever possible.

• Are there any extras available for purchase?

  Absolutely! I offer a variety of extras to enhance your trip, including child seats, prepaid charging, and more. There’s also a goody box in every car to add some extra comfort and joy to your journey.

• What is the range of the Tesla Model 3 Long Range?

  The Tesla Model 3 Long Range offers an impressive range of up to 348 miles (subject to driving style!) on a full charge, making it perfect for long trips and reducing the need for frequent charging stops.

• Can you deliver the car to my location?

  Yes, I offer delivery and pickup within a reasonable distance. Just let me know your preferred location and time, and I'll do my best to accommodate your schedule.

• What should I do in case of an emergency or breakdown?

  In the unlikely event of an emergency or breakdown, please contact me immediately through the Turo app. The car is also covered by Tesla's roadside assistance, which you can contact directly for support.

• How does the Autopilot feature work?

  Autopilot is easy to engage. Just double-pull the right stalk to activate it. It makes motorway driving a breeze, handling steering, acceleration, and braking for you. Always keep your hands on the wheel and be ready to take over at any time.

• Am I flexible with extra mileage?

  Absolutely! Its unlimited mileage for every trip. I understand that things don't always go as planned, so don't fret, I've got you covered.

• How do I charge the Tesla Model 3 during my trip?

  Charging is seamless with access to Tesla Superchargers. Simply plug in at any Supercharger station and the cost will be automatically billed after your trip, including any "idle fees" if the car is left plugged in after charging is complete. To avoid these fees, make sure to move the car once charging is finished. You can also charge at home using the included charging cable. Or if you prefer using a non-Tesla charger, go right ahead!
