• How does charging work, and where can I charge the car? Do I need to pay for charging?

  You can charge the Tesla at any Tesla Supercharger station, which offers a rapid charge rate. Additionally, the vehicle can be charged at home or at various public charging stations using the provided charging cable. The car's navigation system can help you locate nearby charging stations. When charging at Tesla Superchargers, you can turn up and charge. Any supercharging fees during your rental will be sent to you as incidentals at the end of your rental. You can monitor the charging costs during your rental via the 'Charging' screen inside the vehicle.

• How should I charge the car, and do I need to return it fully charged?

  Please return the car with at least 20% battery charge. You can charge at any Tesla Supercharger station, and the vehicle's navigation will show you nearby stations. Charging at home or other public stations using the provided cable is also an option.

• Does this Tesla include 'Full Self-Driving'?

  As full self-driving is still lacking in its ability within the UK, the vehicle currently has the standard autopilot package, allowing the car to steer, accelerate and brake automatically for other vehicles and pedestrians within its motorway lane. Advanced safety and convenience features are designed to assist you with the most burdensome parts of driving, alongside driver assistance features such as emergency braking, collision warning and blind-spot monitoring.

• What do I do if I've never driven a Tesla before?

  No worries! The Model 3 is user-friendly. Upon starting your trip, you'll find a comprehensive guide on the touchscreen that explains the car's features. If you have any questions during your rental, don't hesitate to contact me.

• What should I be aware of in terms of cleaning and car care?

  Please treat the Tesla with respect. No smoking, eating, or pets are allowed inside the vehicle. If the car is returned in a notably dirtier condition than at pickup, a cleaning fee may apply. Always ensure you use Tesla-approved charging methods to maintain battery health.
