Can I drop off the car anywhere?
No, you need to return the car to the exact location you took it from. Detailed address and instructions will be messaged to you before your trip ends.
Do I have to pay for the Congestion charge?
Yes, you do but please do not pay anything at the time of entering and driving around the Congestions Charge zone. any extra charges for entering London's Congestion Charge Zone will be sent to you once your trip is finished. This car is set up for automatic Congestion Charge Zone payments which means if you enter a Congestion Charge Zone I will pay for it automatically and after your trip is finished I will invoice you for it.
Do I have to refuel?
Yes, if you don't refuel after your trip you will be charged for the missing fuel as well as the inconvenience fee. Please use local stations close to the drop-off area. This will avoid driving 5, 10, or more miles after refueling, resulting in not full tank. The car was given to you with a 100% full tank and it should be returned the same way. For your convenience, I am listing 2 closest fuel stations to the drop-off address: 1 BP Western Avenue GREENFORD UB6 8TF 2 SHELL 6 Church Road London W7 1DR
Do I have to pay for the Dartford Crossing charge?
Yes you do, but please do not pay anything at the time of crossing as the car is set up for automatic payments which means as soon as you cross I will pay for it and once your trip is finished I will send you invoice.

My husband normally books this car but I did it this time. As usual it was a lovely car and Przemyslaw was accommodating as usual. We really enjoy using this car and smooth drive and for such a reasonable price. I'd recommend to anyone.
