Avoid placing pets in the passenger area to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all renters. Food and Drinks: Feel free to bring drinks in spill-proof containers, but please avoid messy foods. Help us keep the car clean and ready for the next renter. Off-Roading: This vehicle is intended for paved roads only. Please avoid off-road or rough terrain to ensure it remains in top condition. Return Condition: Please return the car in a reasonably clean state. Excessive dirt, trash, or spills may result in a cleaning fee.

• What if I need to extend my trip?

  You can request an extension through the Turo app. I’ll do my best to accommodate as long as the car is available.

• Is there a toll pass in the car?

  No, the car does not have a toll pass. However, you can pay for tolls directly at each toll booth, or if you're using a cashless toll road, you may receive a bill afterward. In that case, I can help you handle the payment through Turo after your trip.

• Do I need to return the car fully fueled?

  Yes, please return the car with the same fuel level as at pickup. If that’s difficult, I can handle the refueling and pass the cost along at the end of the trip.

• Does the car have any quirks I should know about?

  Yes, just a few! Here are some helpful tips: If the key gets stuck, gently press the edge while holding the release button. If the windows fog, open a window or turn on the air conditioning with the defrost symbol. To turn off the Start-Stop function, press the button near the gear stick with an “A” inside a circle. To use the radio while your phone is connected, select “DAB” in the music options.

• Is there anything I should know about cleaning?

  Please return the car in reasonably clean condition. If it’s returned excessively dirty, a cleaning fee may apply per Turo’s policy.

• Are you flexible with extra mileage?

  Yes, I’m flexible with extra mileage within reason. If you think you’ll need more than the daily allowance, feel free to reach out, and we can work out a plan.

• Can I take the car off-road?

  This car is intended for paved roads only, so please avoid off-road routes. If you’re planning any unique driving, reach out so we can discuss any specifics.
