- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle. A cleaning fee will apply for any violations. - Pets: No pets are allowed in the car to maintain cleanliness and allergy-free conditions for all guests. - Fuel: Please refill the tank with unleaded fuel / petrol. Return the car with the same fuel level as when picked up. - Cleanliness: Return the car in the same clean condition as you received it. An extra cleaning fee may apply for excessive dirt or mess. - Mileage: Respect the mileage limit specified in your rental agreement. Additional fees may apply for exceeding the limit. - Driving Area: The car is not to be driven off-road or on unpaved roads; this includes race tracks. - Seats and Cargo: Car seats and booster seats are allowed, but please ensure they are installed correctly and do not damage the seats. Avoid placing heavy or sharp objects on the seats to prevent damage. You must never stand on the seats! - Parking: When parking, avoid tight spaces and areas where the car could be easily scratched or damaged. Always use the parking brake. - Driving Behavior: Drive responsibly and adhere to traffic laws. The car is equipped with a telematics system that reports driving behavior, including speeding, harsh braking, and aggressive acceleration. Note: Do not put/leave the roof down when it is raining as this will damage the interior.

• How do I put the roof down and back up again?

  There is a button near the armrest to the left which allows you to control the convertible roof. When stationary, simply pull this button up to open the roof & push down to close.

• How do I let passengers in the back?

  You must let the front seat move forward by pulling the lever behind the front seat and allowing the seat to move forward by itself (do not push). You can put front seat back into its original position once the passenger is seated.

• Is this car ULEZ compliant?

  YES! This car is NOT subject to the ULEZ charge so you will NOT be charged £12.50 to drive in central London

• Petrol (Unleaded) or Diesel?

  Petrol 🏎️ This will be named as “unleaded” marked in green.

• Do the rear seats fold?

  You can extend the storage space by dropping down the rear seats by pulling a lever in the boot.

• Is the boot space good?

  YES! This is the newer model 4 series convertible, so you have extra boot space - similar to a saloon car. All you have to do (when the roof is closed) is push the flap in the boot which will open up extra space. A demo will be provided on pick-up.
