Fuel: - This car runs on petrol. It will be handed over to you with a full tank of fuel for your convenience. You are welcome to bring it back at any fuel level, but you will be charged for it to be refilled. Mileage: - You will have a total mileage allowance which you can check on your booking details. Any miles over will be charged at this vehicle's set per/mile fee. Cleaning: - Please bring back the car clean and tidy. Some general road dirt is of course to be expected but if the car becomes excessively dirty, you will be charged a fee. Smoking: - 🚭 Smoking is not permitted in the car. If the van smells of smoke upon its return, you will be charged a fee. Notice of Administration Fee for Fines and Penalties: Please be aware that in addition to being responsible for all fines and penalties incurred during the use of this vehicle, a £42 administration fee will be applied for each instance. By renting this vehicle via Turo, you acknowledge and agree to pay this administration fee should any fines or penalties be incurred during your rental period. Please note, this administration fee does not apply to the London Congestion Charge and the Dartford Crossing charges, as these are managed through autopay accounts. Your acceptance of the vehicle through Turo constitutes a legally binding agreement to these terms, governed by UK law.
