You could receive the one on the picture or a similar one with the same features and capacity. 1.-El automóvil de la imagen es solo un ejemplo del tipo de automóvil que recibirá. Podrías recibir el de la foto o uno similar con las mismas características y capacidad. 2.-This rate includes ONLY Basic CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) provided with 90% coverage. 10% deductible. You can optionally contract more insurance coverage at the time of receiving the car 2.-Esta tarifa ÚNICAMENTE incluye seguro de colisión y robo (deducible del 10%).Podrá contratar opcionalmente mayor cobertura al momento de recibir el auto 3.-A valid driver’s license must be provided prior to or at time of pick-up. 3. -Licencia de conducir vigente. 4.-A separate rental agreement must be signed prior to or at time of pick up. 4. -Se firmará un contrato de renta previo a la entrega del auto. 5.-A security deposit of $250.00 usd on cars $350.00 usd on Trucks, on a credit card will be required at time of pick up. Esto NO ES UN COBRO ya que el dinero en realidad no sale de su cuenta. Perfect ride for our trip to Tulum. Great on gas mileage and got us to where we needed to go. Highly recommend!

Car had little to no gas at all when I picked it up. Of course I ended up leaving other with the tank almost full. They should give you a credit when they are not prepared enough to have the tank full. Also did not get the refund immediately back even though there were no issues with the return

The car was in an excellent condition and clean. I had a great trip to Cancun, thank you Premier and Thank you Pablo for pick us up at airport and for be so nice to us.

The pictures of the car were not as accurate as I would have liked but over all it was a good experience. I would have preferred that they were at the airport on time.
