Guidelines

CAR PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS 1. We need to verify your license when you get to the car. Take Close up photo of your Driver License and your selfie. Upload the photos to the Turo “trip photo”. 2. Text/message me after sending the photos and I’ll unlock the car for you. And the key is in the center console of the car 3. Before driving take the following photos and upload them to the Turo "Trip Photos". Turo requires at least 6 photos for their insurance package. If you don't take these photos before and after the trip, you may be liable for damage. 1. All 4 sides of the car exterior 2. Front, back inside the car and trunk (showing the dashboard, floor mats, and seats) 3. Photo showing the mileage and the charging level 4. If you didn’t drive tesla before, do tell me. I can send YouTube video for the tutorial. And I will be able to answer any questions! 5. This car is the basic model, the auto pilot function is only for keeping lanes and distance between cars. If you cut lane, the auto pilot will cancel itself automatically. You need to press the button to make it function again after finishing cut lane. DURING RENTAL 1. Notify me immediately if something goes wrong. I respond to Turo messages promptly. 2. Turo insurance is with ICBC. Contact 604-520-8222 3. No pets, No smoking, No vaping. No weed! This is strictly enforced and you will be fined otherwise. 4. Returning the car late will incur late fees up to the maximum permissible by Turo. If you're running late or make a extension, it's best to communicate that with us before and extend your trip. CAR RETURN INSTRUCTIONS 1. We understand that cars get dirty but it's your responsibility to bring the car back in the same or better clean condition than when picked it up. If it needs to be washed or vacuumed, please do so before dropping off. If there are foot prints, please wipe them off, shake off the mats. 2. Park the car as close as possible to where you picked up the car. Please pay attention to the street cleaning and other parking enforcement signs. Curb the wheels appropriately. Per Turo's policy, renters are still responsible for any tickets within 24 hours of the end of the rental. 4. IMPORTANT: Take the following post-trip photos. 1. All 4 sides of the car exterior 2. Front, back and trunk inside the car (showing the dashboard and the floor mats) 3. Photo showing the mileage and the charging level 4. Make sure all take all your personal belongings. And put the car key to the original place. Message me when you're done. I will lock the car remotely.
