Very good. Car was clean and picked up very easy.

Unfortunately we missed a major life event (our best friend's wedding) due to the vehicle breaking down. The engine overheated and we were stuck on the side of the highway in a very hot car while we were on the phone with customer support and for it to cool down. There was only coolant and a windshield scraper in the trunk which leads me to believe this has happened before although being told it hadn't. If there had been an 'emergency kit', for example oil, windshield washer fluid, orange cones and other helpful items I would think otherwise. We had to constantly put the car in park and turn off the engine as well as turn off the AC to avoid it overheating while we sat at a traffic light or stop sign. The engine was making a loud humming noise and has difficulty switching gears. The vehicle's maintenance was not up to working standards.
The car pickup location was not ideal either as it was in an underground condo parking and the concierge was a bit tough on us when we entered the building and had difficulty getting the elevator to go to the lower parking level.
I am sad to be leaving a bad review after having used turo for so many years and never having any issues.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, especially given the importance of the event. The vehicle passed a thorough inspection a month ago, I ensure all my cars are well-maintained. The coolant & washer fluid in the trunk are precautionary. After the incident, I took the car for maintenance - it's in good condition. The only issue was the need to flush the coolant reservoir. I strive for high standards, and I’m committed to making this right and ensuring it remains an isolated incident.
