The Model 3 Will be parked at the back of unit 170. Please meet us there and notify us when you have arrived. It's right across from a noodle production company called Hung Fung Noodle.
Guidelines
🚭No pets, no smoking. Any evidence of either is subject to a professional detailing fee. 👮♀️ Tickets and Tolls can be paid to me directly when you return the car, otherwise they will be reimbursed through the Turo app with a $25 processing fee. 🔌Please do not charge over 90% as this degrades the battery. For the most part you won't have to worry about this. The system restricts the charge to 90% but this can be adjusted manually. I keep the car quite clean and would greatly appreciate it if was returned in similar or the same condition. Having said that, please try and keep eating/drinking in the car to a minimum.

How far is the pickup location from the YVR airport?
The default pickup location for the car is approximately a 10-15 minute drive from the airport. An Uber/Lyft will cost between ~$20 each way. Delivery of the vehicle to the airport is also an option. Simply change the pickup location.
Winter Tires - Can I take this car up to the mountains in colder weather?
ABSOLUTELY. The vehicle will be equipped with performance winter tires from November to April. If you are booking on the fringe of these months and would like winter tires please do let us know when you book so we can ensure the winter tires will be mounted onto the car and ready for your trip.
Where Can I Charge The Car?
There are hundreds of convenient level 2 charge stations and several Tesla Supercharging stations around Vancouver. Vancouver is looking to become a certified green city and one major perk is an abundance of EV chargers.

Ck is the Best! CK Helped us from booking to check in to check out. He made booking, pick up, charging and even took us to the drug store after the reservation was over then finally to the airport even after our booking. Above and beyond 5 star before during and after. The host The man CK is literally taking care of his customers 24/7. Thank you so much CK and God bless ya!

CK was an incredibly accommodating and patient person with us. Incredibly we managed to misplace the keycard on the first day and he worked with us to remotely access the car. Kept in regular communication whole way. The car was a delight to drive.
