Guidelines
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS All drivers must present a valid driver’s license and credit card in their name at the time of the rental. Drivers must have a clean driving record. All drivers must be 21 years of age or older, but may be subject to an additional underage driver fee if under the age of 25. International driver’s licenses are NOT required. Clients from outside the Canada must present their driver’s license and a valid passport at the time of rental. Full insurance coverage is required on all our vehicles and must be verified prior to rental if additional coverage is declined. Some credit card companies may provide coverage, all information needs to be verified before the vehicle possession. Additional deposits and insurance coverage may be required on selected luxury and exotic vehicles. Carcade vehicles are not allowed to leave Canada. Smoking inside our vehicles will result in a $300 to $1,000 cleaning fee. INSURANCE $2 million liability insurance policy is SELL from with all Carcade rentals. All approved drivers are covered by Carcade’s insurance policy. SECURITY DEPOSIT Deposits required for Carcade rentals. Minor dents, paint scratches, smoking fees, gas refill, and excess mileage are billed directly on the credit card you use to make the reservation. Property Damage Waiver and Tire Protection are available as options at an additional cost.

How many miles do I get with my rental?
175KM. All rentals come with 200km. Need to drive more? Let us know.
Are there any security deposits?
YES. 570S need $5,000 Deposit. Minor scuffs and scrapes (which are relatively inexpensive to repair) are billed to you directly on the payment card you use to make the reservation or would also be covered under a coverage insurance policy*. *Supplemental Damage Waivers are available as well.
How does it work?
Easy. Pick a car, pay for the rental, PURCHASE INSURANCE FROM US and enjoy.
Are there any additional or hidden fees?
No. All the fees you pay you would know in advanced.
Are there any group discounts?
Yes. We have corporate event packages available upon request for reservations of 3 rentals or more. Please contact our reservations team for more information.
Are there any penalties for late returns?
Yes. Returning a rental after the specified time results in a $250 late fee plus proration amount.
Are there any speed restrictions or governors?
No. However, you are required to follow all state and federal laws and we encourage you to drive responsibly.
Can I book a car for someone else?
Yes. Reservations need to match the name on the payment card, however you can add additional drivers.
Are there hourly rentals?
Yes. The minimum rental period is 4 hours. The maximum rental period is 7 days. Need to rent a car for more than 7 days? Let us know.
Do you need to run a background check before I can rent?
No. All you need is existing car insurance, a driver's license, and a credit card. (Note: International driver's can purchase insurance from us)
Do I have to have a drivers license?
Yes. However, international drivers licenses are NOT required. And we offer driver service.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes. Although, cars are generally booked weeks in advance.
How early should I show up for my rental?
20 minutes before your rental start time.
How old do I have to be to rent a car?
21 for cars and suvs.
How much does it cost to rent a car?
24 hour rental prices range from $399 up to $19,999.
Can tall people fit comfortably in an exotic car?
Yes. (up to 6'2") A common misconception in the exotic car world is that tall people cannot fit comfortably behind the wheel. All of our cars can fit persons as tall as 6'2" with the exception of the Convertible Lamborghini Huracán.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. You can purchase gift cards from our online booking system or over the phone for any amount.
