Qualité de la voiture : défectueuse car problème de parallélisme en cours de réparation
Prise en charge : flexible car s’adapte facilement au niveau de l’heure et du lieu mais retard de 30 minutes, faire attention si pressé
Hôte : difficile à évaluer car nous avons eu un différent lors de notre trajet à cause d’une crevaison mais est disponible et compréhensif
