My experience for the first time using Turo was not but I had a issue with my trip and customer service help me well

Initially he wanted a cheapest car and reserved this one. After driving it for a few hours then he started complaing about having issues and the car not being driveable. I immediately went to the car location and drove it straight to mechanic. It drove perfectly fine and even the mechanic was unable to find any issues after checking/inspecting it.
