All trips can start only at booked "trip start time" or later and end on or before booked "trip end time". If you want to get the vehicle earlier than booked, or you need it for a longer time, please go to your trip details and click on the "modify trip button" to request a change. If the vehicle is returned after the trip has officially ended, it has to be reported to Turo, so please make all extensions in advance and reflect the correct drop-off time to avoid any issues or fees. Please keep the car clean when returning and with a full tank of gas, we always strive to have our cars clean inside and out for all our guest's enjoyment. You will receive a washed and vacuumed vehicle at the beginning of the trip so please return it exactly the way it was, that way other travelers may also enjoy the vehicle Please be mindful and don't have any open food or beverages inside of the vehicle (except water), no crumbs or sticky surfaces, especially because they accumulate and can cause stains that would be difficult to remove. You will receive the car with a full tank of gas. No smoking/marijuana/fragrance/air fresheners or any lingering smell, this will have to be reported to Turo because the cars are kept clean for all future guests as well We consider a guest a no-show if they haven’t canceled their trip or haven’t shown up within 30 minutes of the trip start time. If a guest shows up with an invalid license, it’s also considered a no-show. Keep in mind that strict rules are in place and are enforced to keep the vehicle operating smoothly, We keep it clean and safe for your convenience and to provide a neat space for the next customer. If you have selected a drop-off option, please understand there will be a small parking fee (depending on which paid parking lot it gets dropped off at) that would be the responsibility of the guest.
