We insure we provide the BEST driving experience for our clients‼️ Please respect our rules and guidelines. 🚬 Do not smoke in our vehicles. This includes Ciggarettes, vaping, drugs etc. They’re will be additional charges if the car is returned smelling of smoke, vapour or any alcoholic substances. ⛽️ Please return the vehicle with the same amount of gas provided to you at pick up. If the gas is not refilled we will charge you, and a $10 inconvenience fee. ‼️ If this vehicle requires PREMIUM GAS we will need all receipts stating that it was filled with the right gas. You may upload this to your trip photos also‼️ 🎫 Any tickets and tolls will be processed through the Turo app, and you will be responsible to pay these fees. 🧼 Car will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Please insure the vehicle is brought back in the same state. If not there will be additional cleaning fee charged. 🐱 Unfortunately no pets allowed in our vehicles. ❤️‼️ Please respect our guidelines, we aim to achieve the best driving experience for all our clients! We hope you enjoy your time renting with us. THIS VEHICLE IS SUBJECT TO DIFFERENT TERMS AND POLICIES THAN A STANDARD TURO RENTAL. BY REQUESTING THIS VEHICLE YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE DIFFERENT TERMS: No hauling or transporting large items. Luggage and other bags/small items are allowed but please be careful loading and unloading items and DO NOT haul large and/or dirty items in this car. Detailed before pictures are uploaded prior to each rental and any scratches and permanent scuff marks requiring extensive cleaning or repairs will be passed on to you. Vehicle is supplied clean, so please try to keep it as orderly as possible. MODERATE CLEANING – UP TO $50.00 - Car exterior is returned significantly dirtier than it was received (excess dirt on body, wheels, or windows) - Floor mats or upholstery are returned significantly dirtier than they were received - Large amounts of food, dirt, or mud that cannot be shaken out and must be heavily vacuumed to remove. - Light stains or residue on hard surfaces (liquid spills or sticky substance) HEAVY CLEANING - $100.00 - Major stains or residue on seat fabric or other hard- to- clean surfaces SEVERE CLEANING - $150.00 - Situations in which the vehicle requires steam cleaning or a full detail Pets are NOT allowed. We ask this to avoid issues with allergies. Any pet hair found in vehicles will incur in an additional fee of $150.00. This could be avoided by purchasing the ‘Pet Fee’ Extra. Absolutely NO SMOKING (of anything). If the vehicles smells of any kind of smoke or marijuana, you will be fully responsible for all costs associated with having the vehicle decontaminated ($150+). If the vehicle is returned with multiple cleanliness issues, a maximum fee of $250.00 will be applied. The fuel level is marked on the Agreement, please return it the way we had released the vehicle to you or the actual cost of fuel plus surcharge of $30.00 will be applied. No overnight street parking with or without permit. Please park in a secure garage or driveway. You will be responsible for the parking of the vehicle. Any pending parking tickets caused within the rental period will be charged on the provided credit card, plus an additional handling service fee of $30.00. 407 ETR: Toll Pass/Transponder is NOT included. All Toll charges accrued during rental hours will be passed on to the renter, plus an additional service fee of $25.00. NOTE: You can place your own transponder on the dash if you do plan on using the 407 ETR to avoid additional costs. No Street Racing, Careless or Stunt Driving; our vehicles perform and handle nicely, and we want you to experience it. But do it very responsibly and under the correct conditions. When you sign the Agreement, you acknowledge that the car is monitored through a third-party tracking system to log in real-time any signs of abuse on our vehicles including: racing, drifting, deactivate traction control, intensive braking, irregular pedalling, and lower chassis bumps. The tracking system logs and fetches data in real-time. If 3 abuses events are triggered a vehicle impound request would be initialized by a collection party within 1 hour of the event. The car would be collected on-site and the guest would be notified on spot to surrender keys. The issue would be reported to TURO, third party’s data would be supplied, resulting defects (in addition, a new key fee of $700 would be carried onto the guest through TURO’s claim department).   • Can I return the vehicle later?

    Unfortunately all of our cars need to be returned at the exact time stated on Turo. If you return the vehicle late, you will be charge additional fees through the Turo platform. The vehicle also needs to be returned in the same clean state it was given to you in. Gas must also be full. If you do need to extend your trip you can also make those changes through the Turo app, and we will happily confirm your change if we do not have any pending trips. Thanks for understanding!

And the lady who helped me was very considerate she offered me to stay and wait inside for my ride as well as a drink of water! I am using Turo since 2019, and this is the least pleasant experience I ever had, The Car is nice and delivered well cleaned and prepared, nevertheless, I have to sign too many papers and received too many messages on regulations and conditions before pickup, the owner “office staff” reviewed every details and uploaded around 100 photo for the car status, I felt like I am not entrusted customer. After return,and to my surprise, I received message from Turo that Patrick filed damage claims on front Windsheld and Front Bumper or grille. Investigations by Turo started, Due to the experience upon pickup, I took enough pictures when I returned the car, the claims then changed to front wipers and undercarriage damage. There was no photo or remark from the owner regarding undercarriage upon pickup time, so this part also ended up rejected and dropped, The wipers were not functioning well and it seems they were very dry as I heard crack noise when I used them, but didn’t focus on that, Toyota recommends any owner to change the wiperplades after winter season, it is strange to try to held your client responsible of such wear and tear item!

Every trip we ensure every minor/major damage is noted intending that we make no mistakes claiming damages. Regarding regulations, we are as transparent as possible. Our clients are often grateful for this process as it helps to protect them. After further inspection of our 100 photos, the windshield claim was quickly retracted. Please refer to them as they document the damage incurred on your trip.
