To ensure a smooth handoff, when the Turo app prompts you 24 hours before your scheduled trip start time, please upload both the front of your driver's license as well as a selfie with your driver's license 🪪 up next to your face. Please make sure that the license will not expire at any point during your trip and that the name and date of birth matches what is listed on your Turo profile. It is also important to note that the same person who booked the reservation MUST be present when picking up and returning the vehicle. These are mandatory Turo requirements and we are unable to release the vehicle without these guidelines strictly followed. There is no smoking allowed in the vehicle. • Do you offer delivery to Edmonton International Airport (YEG)?

  Yes! We’ve recently added the option of picking all of our vehicles up at the airport. Due to our busy schedule, we kindly request airport pick ups on Saturday & Sunday require a minimum of 12 hours notice to ensure that we have enough time to facilitate the delivery of your rental to the airport in a timely manner. Otherwise the vehicle can be picked up at our home location (located 20 minutes from the airport) at no charge from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM 7 days per week. This cost covers the necessary cleaning to ensure the vehicle is ready for the next guest. In extreme cases, this could lead to further action, including potential removal from Turo.

• I noticed some minor rock chips on the vehicle I rented. Are they supposed to be there?

  Yes, minor rock chips are quite common in Alberta due to the rocky roads. We take great care to repair all major rock chips immediately upon noticing them to ensure the vehicle remains in top condition. However, minor rock chips may still be visible as they can occur frequently. We only replace the windshield if it's cracked, not for minor chips. If you notice any significant damage, please inform us immediately so we can address it.
