Great on gas easy to drive, Hybrid engine so drives on batteries part Time. Super fun car. Will get you 700 kms on a tank of gas. 2012 Toyota Prius c Overview The 2012 Toyota Prius c achieves a superb EPA fuel economy rating of 53/46 mpg city/highway. However, beyond that, reviewers found little to love about the Prius c’s four-cylinder gas engine and electric motor, which are paired with a continuously variable transmission. Several reviewers noted very slow acceleration, and one mentioned that it is difficult to maintain speed going up steep hills. Still, others said the Prius c has adequate power for city and freeway driving. Some critics wrote that the Prius c handles adequately, and noted that the C4 model has a quicker steering ratio, which makes the Prius c a bit more entertaining to drive. One reviewer also said the regenerative brakes don’t feel as spongy as those found on other hybrids.

Car was older, check tires warning was on, pick up location was the person's house and needed to ring their doorbell to get and drop off the keys. There were no instructions on how to handle pickup/drop off.

The host was helpful on the car seat front, which was why I picked this vehicle. I expected a lot more of a 2012 Prius though because I used to own one. The prius-c i found underpowered with a small trunk. We travel light, so it worked alright, but it would not fit your average family of 4. The car had junk in it, old candles (like 9), an old battery, every service receipt, etc. The paint was in rough shape and there was a bit of plastic under the rear bumper that was broken. It wasn't terrible, but I wasn't overly impressed with my first Turo experience.

Great mileage (twice as good as my own CR-V). Note - 4-door hatchback, I incorrectly assumed it would be a sedan. Dang was so easy to work with!
Johan
Everything was smooth! Dang was super helpful and everything went as planned
