Informed me 30 min before pickup that a headlight was not working, was given the option of accepting it as is or last minute cancellation. Otherwise car was clean and drove well.

Any light can burned at any moment when notice preparing the car,we let the guest know the light couldnt be changed for the time of his trip, i was going to cancel the reservation but he said he wanted to keep the reservation
