Simply head over there to start your journey. 🔑 Pick-up Process: You'll find a lockbox situated in the driver's window of the rented vehicle. Don't worry, we'll send you the PIN code 10 minutes before your trip starts. 🕙 That's it! If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out. Safe travels and enjoy your ride! 🛣️🌟

Communication with Mateo was amazing from the beginning, it was very easy to pickup and return the car.

The car was great — honestly, it had plenty of power and drove really smoothly. We took it along the Great Ocean Road with zero issues, and it was super comfortable the whole time. Everything was spotless and super clean, and overall just a really nice ride. Pickup was easy, communication was smooth, and the whole process went perfectly. Nothing to complain about at all — everything was just spot on. Highly recommend!

The car was in a really good and clean shape, although i felt the steering is a bit leaning to the left. However overall great experience with the car and mateo as a host
