All our cars are clean and maintained regularly to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. Please see our review in our Turo profile. We are based in east Melbourne, but we will also deliver the car to your doorstep for a little or no extra fee, depending on the delivery location. We normally have a few cars parked in Melbourne airport, so please ask us how to pick up the car from the Airport. You can book the car as soon as you land in Melbourne and pick up the car straight away. We are flexible regarding pick up and drop off location and time. Guidelines
Please do not attempt to wash the car especially go through automatic car washer. We took extra care to make sure soft top roof is maintained regularly and we always hand wash the car to ensure everyone can enjoy it for the next ride. Please make sure Soft Top Roof is opened/closed completely before you put your luggage inside the boot. if the convertible top is not completely opened or closed, the luggage area lid cannot be opened and windows cannot be moved!!! The worst case scenario is your luggage stuck inside the boot and can not be opened.

Why can't I open the roof?
If you can't open the roof with a warning sign on the dashboard saying "Luggage Compartment Partition Warning". This is usually because the luggage tray was pushed up rather than pull down. Which petrol should I use?
Please fill in 95 or 98 unleaded petrol
What about if there is an accident, flat tire, or warning sign popped up on the dashboard?
If you are hurt and feel unsafe on the road, please call "000" immediately to seek assistance. If you are safe and the car is still drivable, please get in touch with us immediately to seek assistance. If you are safe and the car is undrivable, please get in touch with Turo immediately to ask for Towing options.
How the Toll works?
