Does the car need to be returned with full charge?
Car will be given with at least 80% charged. Car will need to be returned the same or above. The following is the charging fee assessed if not returned at same level. 0-20% charge - $50 21-50% charge - $20 50%-80% - $10
GPS is marked as available amenity. Does it mean it is built in?
The factory GPS is built-in.
Do you offer car seats?
We offer car seats for all ages. Please select the extra for the amount of car seats needed. When picking up the car, please remind agent of the car seats needed - Due to liability reasons, we cannot install car seats for customers. It is customer responsibility to install carseat
Will car come activated with toll pass?
Car will have license plate that is registered with the toll roads that is accessible at all toll roads and bridges. We will ask for reimbursement at end of trip and payable via Turo app.
Do we have to clean the car when returning?
Customer is not expected to clean or disinfect the vehicle before returning. However, if the vehicle is in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior, we will report to Turo. Turo customer support will then review the evidence and charge a cleaning violation of $150 and possible removal from Turo. Car is severe damaged inside and outside. Yoke is damaged, seats control are damaged, some functions are not working perfectly and outside has various damages.

Got booked last minute and ended up with a Model S Plaid. After getting in the car, I noticed immediately that there was a low tire. The guys filled it up, mentioning that it has a slow leak so no need to worry. I wake up the next day to a very low tire. Get it aired up, which took a while to find a working station. Let them know it went down pretty quick. They told me to take it to a tire shop 45 minutes from where I was staying. Get there and the tire was ruined, they told me to have the shop put the tire back on and bring it back to their store. I got lunch, then headed to the store. They told me they don't know what happened but I need to take it back to the tire shop I just left to get it replaced. So basically a huge waste of time. The tire shop had a line when I returned so we grabbed a drink and it was ready. Overall, I wasted the whole middle of the day and all I asked was to give me a break on the charging. Nope, just stuck me with every bit they could. Next time they'll have the car back with a full refund if there's anything wrong with a car.
