Pick up and handover very easy, lovely little car

This was my first trip on Turo and I was nervous about it as I needed to be somewhere at a certain time. My flight was delayed (not the fault of the host) which did not help with the stress. I never managed to find the host as we did not seem to be able to communicate and I thought he had left. I ended up with a Hertz car at twice the price. Defo a need for a translation service in the app. There is little I can say about the vehicle and/or the drop of point but I have taken a star away as I am disappointed that the communication broke down massively…. And I had indicated when I booked a few months ago that I had lots of questions and that my French was not good/non-existent; those messages were never replied to
