Voiture idéale en ville comme sur les autoroutes. Très peu de kilomètres 65000km, elles consomment très peu d'essence, 50€ pour un plein. Filtre à air, à huile changé, revisé en mars 2023. Quelques règles ? Il est interdit de fumer à bord des véhicules. ? Les animaux doivent être transportés dans leur habitacle. ? Nous n'acceptons plus de retour de clefs après 21h00 les dimanche. Veuillez à respecter ses conditions et surtout bonne route.

From the beginning I had issues with this owner because even though Turo's website allowed me to pick up a late return hour (11pm) he did not want to respect my choice. He had several days before my trip to cancel my request and let me search for another option but he agreed to the time and we continued with the plan. The night before the trip he asked me to confirm if I have had my drivers licence at least 2 year, I could only tell him the truth that my drivers permit is from Canada and they just write the expedition and expiration date on a valid permit. He requested the confirmation from Turo's customer service at 7 am before telling me that it was ok. I was glad that I didn't have to change my plans but little did I know what was going to happen next day. The car gave me problems in my trip comming back to Paris, the weather got really bad and the windshield wippers didn't work properly, on top of that, there was no liquid for the Wippers to slide which made the time on the route with rain really hard to see the way correctly. I had to reduce the speed so it doesn't become dangerous for me and for the car ultimately. This caused a delay in my arriving time at the end it was only 6 minutes which I believe is pretty acceptable considering that the car had missing a very important item that would have helped me to drive under the rain conditions. When I arrived to the block that was the return point I asked the owner if he can tellw where he is so I can go to him, or if he preferred I sent him my location as I found a parking spot. He replied that he will come. During the revision of the car, I knew I had exceeded the max km that the owner allows so I was aware that there will be an invoice charged for it but the owner didn't want it to go through Turo and he wanted me to pay him in cash. This was not acceptable for me and neither it was possible as I don't have cash. When I wanted to finish my trip on Turo's app it requested me to take pictures of the car so I asked the owner because he already wanted to leave. He responded that the car was ok no issues, so I asked him to send me a message through the app so it can be registered and there is when he just went ballistic. He started screaming that he doesn't accept returns so late and that if I want to take photos I can take them. From that point on he just went on and on increasing his voice and saying all sort of things: that I didn't return the car on the agreed place, that he needed to wake up early tomorrow, that I want to make a huge problem (only for following turo's instructions to end the trip) that I didn't need the Wippers to have fluid on them that I didn't arrive on time, etc, etc. I tried to reason with him but it was not possible, he just refused to listen. He ended up screaming making a scene saying that he makes so much money that he doesn't need this business with cars. I didn't understood what was the point on all this ranting but I guess it goes to a personal matter that is only his problem and I have nothing to do with it but given the opportunity he just discharged with the first person he felt he could) the scene was so Ackward that a lady walking by stayed to see if I was ok after all the screams. I definitely not recommend this owner and I will be making a formal complain with Turo.
You were late >20 minutes and we had to pick you up after 11 p.m. in an unknown location.
We don't do this for the money. We do it above all for meetings.
We are also not good Samaritans to agree to be outside on a Sunday at 11 p.m. when we have to work the next day.
This is not a rental but a car sharing and we regret having wanted to honor our commitments with you.

I highly recommend the car, the consumption it’s wonderful for both long and short trips, and you can literally park it anywhere.
Next time i will return to them
