Pet Policy: Unless otherwise specified, pets are not allowed in our vehicles to prevent potential allergies and keep the interiors pristine. 5. Driving Responsibly: Drive responsibly and obey all traffic laws and speed limits. Avoid aggressive driving to ensure everyone's safety. This vehicle's top speed is limited to 85 MPH. 6. Charge Level and Mileage: We request you return the vehicle within 10% of the charge level it was received. Adhere to any specified mileage limits to avoid additional charges. 7. • Can I modify or extend my rental period if needed?

  Yes, you can request to modify or extend your rental if the car is available for the desired dates. Please contact us to make arrangements.

• How do airport parking and parking fees work?

  We operate a dedicated car rental service covering the Greater Seattle region on a full-time basis. Our team diligently tends to our vehicle fleet during standard business hours, seven days a week. Car deliveries are scheduled between 9 AM and 5 PM to streamline our focus on maintaining cleanliness and optimal conditions for our vehicles. As part of our commitment, we aim to deliver your vehicle to the airport as close to the agreed-upon time as feasible. In some cases, this might result in an early delivery to the airport, incurring a parking fee capped at $37. Rest assured, our priority remains providing efficient service while minimizing any additional costs for our customers. When it comes to airport pick-up and drop-off, your vehicle will be conveniently stationed in the main garage, conveniently situated directly across from the terminal. This location ensures a quick and easy walk without the need for any shuttle service. Upon returning the vehicle to the airport, simply park in the same garage and inform us of the spot number. Leave the parking ticket on the center console, return the key to its original location, and ensure the doors are securely locked. We cover the return parking fee if the vehicle is returned at the originally scheduled time and location. However, returning the vehicle earlier than planned may incur a return parking fee. If you anticipate an early return, please inform us promptly so we can adjust our return timing accordingly. We'll notify you at that point if any parking fee applies, based on our schedule. Any change in location for a return during your trip may result in additional parking fees.

• This is my first time in a Tesla, how do I use everything?

  We're glad you asked! Although there is a slight learning curve, everything is relatively easy to do once you get the hang of it. • I have not driven a Tesla before, anything to know about charging ?

  It is advised to charge an EV battery to around 80%, but no more than 90%. All our vehicles are delivered with a charge between 80% and 90%. When renting this vehicle, please aim to recharge within 10% of the charge level at pickup. Alternatively, you may opt for the 'Prepaid EV Recharge' option, allowing for a return with a charge as low as 20%. Please allow extra time for charging.
