**No Track/Race Use**: Excessive speeding will be detected and reported automatically in real-time. Your Turo coverage will likely be at risk, leaving you vulnerable to most/all liability. The car will also be seized by Turo. **No Vehicle Abuse**: Drifting, burnouts, etc, are strictly prohibited. Tire treads will be carefully monitored, and fees may incur if a large disparity is found. **No Smoking**: $150 smoking fee. **No Pets**: $250 cleaning fee. **Cleaning Policy**: You won’t be expected to return the car in pristine condition, but please clean up any messes you may have made. **Premium Fuel Only**: Please return the vehicle to the fuel level it was prepared at. Receipts will be requested of premium fuel only, so please keep them. Failure to do so will result in a claim for a fuel line flush. Failure to fuel up the car will result in a $100 gas fee. **No Unauthorized Drivers**: If you want to add someone else as a driver of this car, please do so through Turo. Keep in mind they’ll have to pass the same guidelines that Turo set for you. If an unauthorized driver is caught driving the car, Turo may void all coverage and initiate a forced car return. **GPS Tracker**: There is a GPS tracker installed in the car. Please do not tamper with it in any way. The tracker can track location, speed, and acceleration metrics. A notification will be sent to my device if it is unplugged or destroyed. **Automatic Car Washes**: Please do not, in ANY circumstances, use an automatic car wash. It will heavily scratch the paint and will subsequently be forwarded to Turo claims. *** Additionally, here are some friendly tips and reminders for this car. *** **Ground Clearance**: As a supercar, this car sits a lot lower than most vehicles you may have previously driven. Please maintain extreme caution when navigating through driveways, speedbumps, or potholes. It is easily scraped through seemingly very shallow driveway exits. Please keep in mind that damage to the underside of the car will result in a damage claim through Turo. **It’s an extremely powerful car**: As a 500+ hp rear wheel drive beast, it may be easy to lose control. It is highly recommended to be aware of your surroundings and respect the vehicle throughout the duration of your trip. Please do not turn off any driver aids unless you have experience. **Vehicle Dimensions**: The rear of this vehicle is significantly wider than the front, so maintain caution when parking in tight spaces. Damage to the tire or rim will be forwarded to Turo claims (Those rims are expensive!!)

Pets are not allowed at any circumstances in the vehicle. If any traces of pet hair or scent is detected, there will be an additional pet charge.
Is there a tracker in the car?
Yes, there is a tracker in the car. In no circumstances are you allowed to tamper with it, as it will be detected and reported. The tracker tracks the live speed, location, acceleration, fuel levels, battery, and trip history of the car.
Is smoking permitted?
Smoking in the car is strictly prohibited. Any trace of drugs, alcohol, or smoking will be promptly detected and escalated to Turo for additional cleaning charges.
Am I allowed to track the car? What happens if I speed?
While we do encourage spirited driving, **excessive** speeding will be logged on the onboard tracker and potentially reported to Turo. Tracking will be strictly prohibited and will result in an early forced return.
What is the cleaning policy like?
Unlike other hosts, we do not require the car to be returned in pristine condition with a car wash, although it is heavily appreciated. We just ask that the car be sent back in a reasonably great condition. Minor traces of dirt/sand is fine, but cleaning fees will still be charged regardless if there is heavy odor, scratches, dust, or stains.
Am I allowed to leave the state?
Yes, you are allowed to travel freely across all states. However, be careful of the mileage.
Can I use automatic car washes?
Please do not in any circumstances go through an automatic car wash. It is extremely harmful to the paint and may result in a claim.
