Great communication, easy pickup and drop off

Had a blow out at 5am on the way to work and it took turo all day to come get the vehicle and give me a ride. There has to be a better way then how they do it.
Host was fine it’s just turo that has me so mad.

I apologize for the negative experience. The tire was brand new and wasn't blown out; the rim was actually bent. I truly wish the experience had been better.
