Pick up from our North Charleston location on West Montague Ave. is absolutely free. If you arrive with a vehicle that you need to park, please speak with an attendant for Park & Go. Otherwise, present the front desk attendant with your Driver’s License to verify your identity and you will be handed your key. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Please treat our car as you would your own. By doing so, you allow us to continue welcoming guests from all over the world to the wonderful southern city of Charleston. Our goal is to welcome visitors to our amazing town to enjoy the sun, fantastic weather, and the beautiful ocean coast in a most excellent way. • Return the vehicle with a full gas tank. • Vehicle must be returned clean. • Pets are NOT allowed inside the vehicle. • Smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited. Should you do so, a $250 fee will be charged to your trip. Please be advised, the vehicle is equipped with equipment to monitor excessive speed and/or aggressive driving.   Enjoy seamless vehicle pickup and return at Charleston International Airport (CHS) with our easy and convenient service. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth experience: Parking Fee: Charleston International Airport (CHS) requires a fee for vehicle delivery. This fee will be charged to you at checkout by Turo, and Turo does not set, mark up, or retain any portion of it. Exit Fee: Please note that there will be a parking fee to exit the parking structure. This fee is your responsibility and cannot be reimbursed by me (the host) or Turo. Pickup Locations: - Daily Parking Garage - Hourly Parking Garage - Economy A Lot - Valet Lot (in-person pickup only, in one of the 18 Turo-designated spots) Pickup Instructions: - Contact me via Turo messaging to confirm the vehicle’s location. - Use the parking ticket left in the vehicle to exit the parking lot or garage. - Do not leave the vehicle unattended or unlocked with keys inside. Return Instructions: - Pull a ticket at the entrance to the Daily Parking Garage, Hourly Parking Garage, or Economy A Lot, and leave it in the vehicle for me. - Use Turo messaging to inform me of the vehicle’s location, including the name or number of the section and/or parking stall. - Ensure the vehicle is locked and keys are secured in the lockbox. Important Notes: - You will be responsible for paying any parking fee to exit the parking facility. Reimbursement for this fee cannot be requested from me (the host) or Turo. - CHS permits vehicle drop-off no earlier than four hours before the trip start (two hours for the Valet Lot). - In-person pickup is only allowed at the Valet Lot.
