After having an awful experience with my previous Turo rental, I was matched with Kendall. From the car drop off to the end of my trip Kendall was nothing short of amazing. He dropped the rental off at my hotel, showed me how to use the car as it is a newer model BMW, and gave me several restaurants to try. The car ran beautifully and was an amazing experience. During drop off Kendall offered to drive my fiancé and I to the airport. I would highly recommend this rental, and Kendall was amazing.
