The owner dropped the car on time, but there were a lot of issues with it. The drivers door frame had a loose metal strip that kept catching and ripped my dress. The gear shift is old and cracked, the seats also bleached and old. The tire pressure was low. Most annoyingly, every time I made a turn, something shifted under the drivers seat. I thought there was a heavy rolling bottle under there but there was nothing, it seemed that the drivers seat itself was not fixed properly so that it moved and shifted position slightly at each turn. It was very disconcerting to drive with that happening all the time.

Patrick was an excellent host. responded very quickly, was accommodating to changes that needed to be made. There have been a lot of car robberies happening in LA recently, I fell victim to one while renting his car unfortunately and he was very respectful in the communications around it all.

Great vehicle to cruise around the city. Will def rent again.
