There were no maintenance concerns. & the car rode well. However, I had difficulty learning the location of the vehicle until well after I arrived which was late night. There was an animal odor in the vehicle. The car was advertised as free pickup, but I had to pay $15 to pickup. If I had been aware I would have chosen a different vehicle,

Hey Annette, In our first message to you we did inform you that you need to pay to get out of the garage. I did speak with my cohost and she should have informed you where the car was once she dropped it off. You messaged us in the app and I personally replied to you immediately with the location. Im unsure of the animal odor you all are talking about but have put a new processes in to handle all vehicle smells.
