From booking to returning the car, the whole process was effortless. The car was in excellent condition and even had the cd player I requested. Aleksandr promptly answered any and all questions that arose, and was integral to our enjoyment of our trip. The Turo app made adding an additional day very convenient. I will definitely be using Turo and Aleksandr for my twice-yearly trips to California.
