This location is literally across the road from the central station if you are coming by train. If you are driving, there are plenty of parkings on either side of quay street, but it can become a little busy in the evening and during weekends. Send me a text 15-20 mins before your scheduled arrival, and I will get the car ready for you. Please be aware that when exiting Bijou lane, you must turn left into quay street. When you return the vehicle, you can wait for us at either quay street or bijou lane, and please don't leave the vehicle unattended. Thank you!

Do not smoke in the car. Do not bring pets in the car. Do not eat in the car. Do not adjust the memory seat’s function on the car. Do not drive it on flooded area, sand, muddy / country road, deserted places and any unpaved or unsealed road surfaces. See your rental agreement for further details. Please remember to take all your belongings before leaving the vehicle.

Host was responsive at the start and I paid for an airport pick up. Advised host of flight details and was communicating with him when flight was delayed. Still waited 15 mins for car to arrive. Was disappointed that the car was dirty inside (and out) Hadn't been cleaned in ages obviously.
As a fellow Turo host, it pains me to write a negative review but if you are going to rent out premium vehicles, at least take pride in what you are doing and deliver a clean car.
I needed to return the car early as I had a work thing come up back in Melb - host took forever to respond despite multiple messages and a text and call to his mobile. Host eventually responded with the excuse that Turo isnt his full time gig.
Didnt want to leave the car in a public car park but had no choice. I fueled the car to more than what was delivered to me and had the car cleaned.
