This can be easily identified by checking your flight details. T1 or Terminal I is International. Terminal D or T2 is Domestic. Each delivery fee covers a pre-paid 4-hour carpark reservation* at the start and another 4-hour carpark reservation* at the end of your trip. Should there be a delay in your flight or changes to your booking scheduled time please advise us with ample notice*. At some busy times of the year the International Terminal car park may be full as it is not that big. In this case there is a FREE Orange bus that travels between the International and Domestic Terminals, and you may need to use this bus to get to where we have parked the car in the Domestic Terminal. If this is the case, we will message you through the Turo App with details of the car park space and pictures will be in your App. *Carpark reservations are booked by us in advance and require a minimum of 3 hours’ notice during operating hours to alter any booking changes. For any International guests, please note that you will require mobile data (roaming data) to complete your check-in and receive all relevant information we send regarding your trip upon check-in. 🟢Car Park Fees🟢 Included in your delivery fee are 4 hours of car park fees to facilitate the vehicle's readiness upon your arrival and for 4 hours from your specified return time. We do not have the capacity to accommodate personal vehicles at our depot. Please do not park in our neighbours’ carparks. Our 12 Guidelines of Turo Car Hiring By reserving this car, you agree to: 1. Reimbursement of $80-300 for a lost key depending on vehicle hired 2. You will not take this car to a drag strip, racetrack, or off-road locations, including beach driving. 3. Smoking and/or Vaping in the car is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. You may be charged up to $250 for smoking in the car. 4. At the end of your trip, please remove all rubbish and leave the car clean and tidy, as you found it. Additional cleaning charges will apply for unacceptable return conditions. 5. Please ensure the fuel tank is filled upon return. We may charge for any required fuel plus a $10 fee if the tank is not filled correctly. All cars that require Unleaded Petrol should use Unleaded 95 fuel. Premium Unleaded 98 is acceptable if Unleaded 95 is unavailable. Do not use E10, Unleaded 91+ or Unleaded 94, as these fuels contain Ethanol and are not suitable for our cars. 6. Guests are responsible for paying all parking fines incurred during their rental period. 7. Unlimited Kilometres are included mostly because we do not want you worrying about extra costs, and we are not worried about a few extra dollars for a few extra kilometres however we are cool for you to travel between Sunshine Coast and Ballina as a guide and west to Toowoomba for example. The intention of unlimited kilometres is to take the worry out of any surprise costs at the end of your trip. However, if you plan to travel longer distances, such as to Sydney or Cairns, please let us know in advance. 8. When you receive the vehicle, it will be sparkling clean inside and out, and it will have a full tank of fuel. We aim for the car to exceed your expectations and appreciate your equal care and cleanliness during your rental. 9. While enjoying the car's comfortable environment, please respect it by refraining from eating or drinking anything except water inside the car. Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited in or near the car. Additionally, pets are not allowed. 10. When parking the car, please ensure all doors are closed. For convertibles, please close everything to protect the interior from fading. Maintaining its current perfect condition benefits all future guests. 11. Upon trip completion, please return the car in the same condition you received it. **Please note, this means you cannot bring the car back smoked in, with pet hair, interior stains, trash, or excessive dirt. Returning the car severely dirty, or with any signs of smoking, heavy odours, pets, or stains on any part of the interior, will trigger a deep cleaning fee of up to $250. 12. We wish you a pleasant journey and hope you enjoy your time in our car. If you have any questions or encounter any issues, please don't hesitate to contact us. Please note: this car is equipped with a security device that collects driving data. This includes vehicle location, and may include other driving data such as mileage, driving behaviour, and time driven. This information may be shared with third parties for vehicle recovery or insurance purposes. By booking this vehicle you consent to the use of the device.

  • What fuel type does this vehicle require?

    All our vehicles have stickers on the windscreen and fuel door indicating the required fuel type. For our petrol cars, please use a minimum of Unleaded 95 or Unleaded 98. Do not use Unleaded E10, Unleaded 91+ or Unleaded 94, as these fuels contain Ethanol and are not suitable for our cars.

  • What are the rules if I use a Toll Road during my trip?

    All our cars are equipped with a toll tag for use on toll roads. We send an invoice through the Turo App within 3-5 business days after your trip. Returning the car severely dirty, or with any signs of smoking, heavy odours, pets, or stains on any part of the interior, will trigger a deep cleaning fee of up to $250. 12.   • What fuel type does this vehicle require?

    All our vehicles have stickers on the windscreen and fuel door indicating the required fuel type. For our petrol cars, please use a minimum of Unleaded 95 or Unleaded 98. Do not use Unleaded E10, Unleaded 91+ or Unleaded 94, as these fuels contain Ethanol and are not suitable for our cars.

  • What are the rules if I use a Toll Road during my trip?

    All our cars are equipped with a toll tag for use on toll roads. We send an invoice through the Turo App within 3-5 business days after your trip. Please note that it may take a few days for these toll charges to appear on our account. We carefully review trip dates and times to allocate toll charges accurately. Turo allows a 2-day window for guests to pay the toll charges before escalating to their support team. The support team reviews the charges and charges your payment method on file.
