**Vehicle Guidelines** -CLEANING: Turo’s policy requires that the vehicle is returned in the same clean condition it was received in. A cleaning fee may be assessed if the car is returned significantly dirtier. DAMAGES: You are responsible for any new damage, dent, scrape scratch, or ding greater than 3 inches in length to the exterior or interior of the vehicle during your rental period. Standard Turo claims procedures apply. DRIVERS: Only Turo verified approved drivers are covered by Liberty Mutual Insurance. Any anticipated drivers must be added to the reservation to be covered for damages to avoid out of pocket expenses. For instruction to add a driver contact myself or Turo support. TICKETS: Parking and citation tickets will be renters financial responsibility and will be charged upon receipt of citation.
