Please be understanding of this when renting. ⏰ Late Returns - We provide a 30-minute grace period for returning the vehicle. If you return the vehicle after this time, it will be classified as late. If you anticipate needing the vehicle for a longer duration, please modify your reservation through the Turo app to avoid any late fees. 📏 Mileage Limits - Please adhere to the mileage limit stated in your booking. Overage charges will apply for exceeding the limit. 🔧 Accident & Damage Reporting - Any damage to the vehicle must be reported immediately. The only positive thing was the price.
Aside from that, picking up the car was hell, it took more than an hour from the time I came out of the airport to get to the location where the car was. I had to text back and forth with the renter in order to finally get my shuttle to show up in the agreed location.
The first car we were given was dirty on the outside and on the inside in addition to the battery being defective and eventually dying in the middle of the trip. We were given a replacement car, but the process was long and tedious, the person that was helping us was either high, or just disrespectful, as he took a long time to do anything and showed no compassion when looking for another car, we had to pry info on the available cars out of him and to this time not sure if we got a comparable car to what we had before. The second car ran well, but wasn’t very clean on the inside.
In the end of it all, I had to drop off the car a bit earlier, so whenever I brought it to the lot, I was told that the shuttle wasn’t running that day, so I had to call a taxi in order to get to the airport. We had the trip booked from and to the airport.
I would definitely be looking for a private renter in the future and go with this company only if I would not have any other options available.
