Please be understanding of this when renting. ⏰ Late Returns - We provide a 30-minute grace period for returning the vehicle. If you return the vehicle after this time, it will be classified as late. If you anticipate needing the vehicle for a longer duration, please modify your reservation through the Turo app to avoid any late fees. 📏 Mileage Limits - Please adhere to the mileage limit stated in your booking. Overage charges will apply for exceeding the limit. 🔧 Accident & Damage Reporting - Any damage to the vehicle must be reported immediately. The truck performed well, but the following day from pick up, the truck gave me a message that the engine air filter needed replacement and that the front right tire needed air. The rep at the lot told me that they wouldn’t be able to swap the truck if there were issues with it as he was showing it to me upon pick up because the type of trucks were limited. I didn’t think much of it because I assumed the truck would be in great conditions. On the way back from my trip, the truck notified that the engine oil was low. The windshield wipers were falling apart, and the truck had been smoked in by a previous driver. Also the truck is not 4x4 as advertised. For about $100 more I could have gotten a much better truck from enterprise.
